Vinification: 60 days maceration on skins in stainless steel tanks. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, very low level of sulphur dioxide, no other additives used.
Aging: in stainless steel tanks
Production: about 6000 bottles
Age of the vines: 40 and 15 years
Aging potential: at least 15 years
Serving temperature: 10 ° – 14°
