Tornasole is named after the litmus paper used to measure the acidity, which we consider as very important. This wine is an illegitimate child, born from the idea of using a great international grape variety, already present in the vineyards, but with a strong. Piedmontese territorial imprint. The result is a great comparison between a terroir and a grape variety, both of them of exceptional strength and character.
